Jamie Kraus' Duluth Curling Club rink remained in first place Wednesday at the USA Curling Club National Championships in Lakeville, Minn.
Kraus edged Ann Swisshelm's Detroit Curling Club rink 8-7 to improve to 5-1 in round-robin play heading into the evening session.
The top four teams advance to Friday night's semifinals.
