Minnesota Duluth had second through eighth places among attached runners, but the top individual spot in Thursday's Dan Conway Classic at Nemadji Golf Course went to St. Scholastica freshman Calvin Boone. Bone completed 6 kilometers in 19 minutes, .3 seconds to win by 15 seconds over unattached runner Tom Sederquist.

Lucas Selman (19:23) led UMD, which had 20 points to win the team competition. CSS took second with 59, followed by Minnesota-Morris (79) and Wisconsin-Superior (82).

In the women's race, Minnesota Duluth had the top four finishers and eight of the first 10. Morgan Radel won the 5-kilometer event with a personal-best 18:23.7. Julia Nielsen (18:42) and Maddie Verkerke (18:49) rounded out the top three.

UMD had 16 points, with St. Scholastica (53) coming in second and UWS (69) in third. Maj Lis Helmer (5th, 18:57) and Melissa Pfeiffer (9th, 20:57) were the only non-Bulldogs in the top 10 individuals.
