Wisconsin-Superior announced Thursday it has hired Allison DeGroot as head coach of the Yellowjackets women's soccer program.
A native of Waukesha, Wis., DeGroot replaces Morgan MacLean who resigned his position in January.
DeGroot, a former Division I soccer player at Marquette, has been an assistant coach at Augsburg College in Minneapolis from 2012-2016.
