Almost two hours wasn't enough time for Minnesota Duluth and Concordia-St. Paul to crack the scoreboard Sunday, so they settled for a scoreless tie in NSIC women's soccer action at Malosky Stadium.
Goalkeeper Sisley Ng stopped all seven shots she faced for UMD (2-5-1, 1-3-1 NSIC). Her counterpart, Emily Nelson, finished with four saves as the Golden Bears (5-0-2, 2-0-2) remained unbeaten this season.
In 110 minutes, the teams combined for 30 shots amid foggy and windy conditions, though only 11 found their way on goal. It’s the third consecutive season the Bulldogs and Golden Bears have ended in a tie.
