Saints lose twice at Augsburg tournament
St. Scholastica lost twice Friday at the 31st Augsburg College Invitational in Minneapolis --to St. Benedict 25-15, 25-21, 25-18 and Wisconsin-Stevens Point 21-25, 25-23, 25-23, 25-12.
Against St. Benedict, Anna Zyvoloski led the Saints with 12 kills and Korney Morrin added six. Zyvoloski had 14 kills against Stevens Point and Morrin eight. Erika Birkeland made a combined 55 set assists in the two matches.
The Saints (4-3) play Augsburg and Wisconsin-Eau Claire today.
