The No. 5 University of Minnesota Duluth rallied from two sets down to defeat No. 11 Southwest Minnesota State in five sets on Saturday.
The Bulldogs won 18-25, 22-25, 25-13, 25-23 and 15-5 to improve to 19-2 overall and 12-1 in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. The Mustangs are 13-8 overall and 7-6 in the NSIC.
UMD's Kate Berg had 15 kills, bringing her career total to 1,008 kills. She is the 21st Bulldog in UMD's 1,000 kill club. She also had 10 digs and four blocks on the night.
Lexy Langenfeld had 10 kills, Keena Seiffert had 23 digs and Emily Balts had 47 set assists.
- The St. Scholastica volleyball wrapped up a Saturday doubleheader with a 3-0 over Crown and a 3-2 loss to Wisconsin-River Falls.
The Saints defeated Crown 25-14, 25-7, 25-14. Brooke Scherman had 15 kills, Madissen Burns had 11 kills and Espi Austvold had 22 set assists and Ellie Greenwaldt had 15 assists.
River Falls rallied to win the final two sets and defeat the Saints 26-28, 25-20, 23-25, 25-16 and 15-13. The Saints' Burns had 13 kills and Scherman had 12. Austvold had 23 of CSS' 49 set assists and Alcia Draper had 22 digs.

- Wisconsin-Superior made quick work of North Central on Saturday, winning 25-12, 25-14, 25-12. Gina Baertsch had six kills and Hannah Goggleye and Elise Ertl both had five kills. Megan Holz and Baertsch both had 10 set assists and Yanna Carrera had 14 digs.
