The Wisconsin-Superior men took home a trio of individual titles at the Bemidji State Twilight meet Friday in Bemidji, Minn.

Senior Thomas Udenberg of Cloquet won the shot put, overcoming teammate Christian Pillath with a 15.11-meter toss. It was Pillath's turn in the weight throw, where he finished first with a throw of 16.43 meters.

Sophomore Alex Dzikonski rounded out the individual titles in the 200 meters, finishing in 23.35 seconds.

St. Scholastica's Adam Wallenta won the 3,000 meters in 2:51.96, while Hannah Russert was the lone CSS women's winner by claiming the high jump.

* Minnesota Duluth sophomore Nick Lawson was the lone Bulldog to earn victory at the Snowshoe Open at the University of Minnesota on Friday. Lawson won the unseeded 1-mile run with a time of 4:43.23.
