Eric Watson scored in the 12th minute of overtime to give Wisconsin-Superior a 2-1 UMAC men's victory over Martin Luther College on Saturday in New Ulm, Minn.

The Yellowjackets (7-2-2 overall, 3-0 UMAC) had a 20-3 shots-on-goal advantage but had a hard time beating Knights goalkeeper Josh Higgins, who made 18 saves.

Miguel Ocampo scored the other goal for UWS.

  • Ken Pryde, Joe Smith and former Duluth East scoring star William Francis all scored goals to lead the St. Scholastica men to a 3-0 win over Northwestern in St. Paul.

Corey Bulheller made two saves for CSS (3-10, 3-1 UMAC).

  • The St. Scholastica women routed Northwestern 4-0 behind three goals from Duluth's Morgan Friday and an eight-save shutout by goalies Chiara DeLuca and Alexa Gothard.

Friday scored once in the first half and then sandwiched second-half goals around one by Emily Olson to supply all the offense the first-place Saints (6-6, 3-0) needed.
