The Wisconsin-Superior men's soccer team extended its winning streak to nine games by doubling up Northwestern 4-2 in a UMAC contest Tuesday in St. Paul.

Hugo Roos, James Bruce, Blake Perry and Aaron Blanchard scored for the Yellowjackets (13-2-1, 8-0-1 UMAC). Fernando Bicalho and Leonardo Paredes picked up assists for conference-leading UWS, which is 13-0-1 in its past 14 games.

Derrick Aminga and Tyler Hurley scored for the Eagles (4-10-1, 2-6-1).

• Anna Welch opened and closed the scoring for the Northwestern women's team, which blanked UWS 4-0 in St. Paul.

The Yellowjackets (4-10-1, 4-5 UMAC) mustered just two shots on goal, or 16 fewer than the Eagles (6-5-4, 6-2-1).
