Junior midfielder Luke Buckton had a goal and assist to lead St. Scholastica to a 3-1 victory over Martin Luther College on Saturday in a UMAC men's game at Saints Field.
Darby Henderson of Duluth opened the scoring for the Saints (9-2 overall, 7-0 UMAC) at 30:24 on a free kick. Buckton then assisted Juan Ochoa at 57:47 before getting a tally of his own in the closing minutes.
Luke Meihack rounded out the scoring with the Knights' lone goal at 86:17, spoiling the shutout for the Saints' Sandy Davidson-Hunt, who had two saves.
• Kailee Katt scored on a free kick 2:06 into overtime to give St. Scholastica a 1-0 UMAC women's win over Martin Luther at Saints Field.
Katt's shot came after the Knights' Lydia Bitter was yellow carded five seconds earlier.

Roni Rudolph of Duluth stopped both shots she faced in goal for CSS (6-5-2, 5-1-1), while Erin Feddersen made nine stops for Martin Luther (5-4-2, 4-1-1).
• Eric Watson, Nick Piazza, James Bruce and Miguel Ocampo all scored goals as Wisconsin-Superior rolled to a 4-0 UMAC men's win over Crown College at St. Bonifacius, Minn. Sophomore goalie Dalton VonKaenel made just one save to earn the shutout for the Yellowjackets (7-4-1, 4-1-1).
