Gabe Arrequin's goal 6:36 into overtime lifted host Minnesota-Morris to a 1-0 victory over St. Scholastica on Saturday, ending the Saints' NCAA record 118-game conference unbeaten streak.
Goalkeeper Sandy Davidson-Hunt made four saves for the Saints (10-4, 8-1), who lost their first conference game since 2009 after a run of 74 straight regular-season wins.
The Cougars improved to 7-7-1 overall and 5-3-1 in conference play.
• Jon Bucklew scored two goals as Wisconsin-Superior overcame an early deficit to pound Martin Luther College 6-1 in UMAC action Saturday in New Ulm, Minn.
The Knights (5-8 overall, 4-4 UMAC) took a 1-0 lead in the second minute before the Yellowjackets (9-6-1, 6-1-1) stormed back to score four times in the first half. Bucklew netted his fifth of the season in the 11th minute, then Eric Watson and Blake Doyea tallied an amazing seven seconds apart for a two-goal advantage.
