St. Scholastica was picked once again to win the UMAC, which should be no surprise considering the Saints have won seven-straight regular season championships and the last five league postseason titles.
The Saints, who haven't lost a conference regular season game in 110 tries, picked up 63 points and seven of nine first-place votes to top Wisconsin-Superior in the coaches' poll. The Yellowjackets garnered 58 points and two first-place votes.
St. Scholastica went 8-0 a year ago in UMAC play, but needed a shootout to defeat Superior in the conference tournament championship.
