The Bulldogs, with a 9-2-3 road record this season, are 10-1-1 the last 12 games versus Mankato. The Bulldogs lead Division I in scoring with 3.70 goals per game. Senior C Travis Oleksuk has a career-high 41 points this season and 103 career points in 123 games. Senior C Jack Connolly has played in a program-record 155 straight games; Oleksuk has been in 104 straight games. Over the past two seasons, when W Mike Seidel has registered at least a point, UMD is 25-2-4.
MINNESOTA STATE-MANKATO UPDATE
The Mavericks have scored five goals in three of the past seven games. Junior G Phil Cook is 7-3 the last 10 starts with marks of .926 and 2.37 in that stretch. Senior RW Justin Jokinen of Carlton has 3-8-11 in 32 games, and is 18-19-37 in 118 career games. Freshman LW Jean-Paul Lafontaine leads in scoring at 12-14-26 and freshman C Matt Leitner has 9-15-24. Junior RW Eriah Hayes leads in goals with 13. Senior RW Mike Louwerse had two goals in a 3-2 win at Anchorage last Friday.
