The Gophers (9-2-1), who beat UMD 6-1 on Friday, remained No. 1 by one point over St. Cloud State (9-1-2), which totaled five more first-place votes. The Bulldogs (6-5-1) face the Huskies in their next series, Dec. 6-7 at Amsoil Arena, meaning they will have played six games against teams ranked in the top two in the first half of the season.

  • Wisconsin-Superior (5-1-2) fell one spot to sixth in the USCHO.com Division III women's poll, while St. Scholastica (6-0-2) rose from ninth to eighth by remaining undefeated.
