The St. Scholastica women placed fourth in a field of nine teams at the Pre-Regional meet Saturday in Pella, Iowa.
Taylor Gibson and Liz Braml finished 16th and 17th in the meet to earn the most points for the Saints.
Carleton College took home first place with seven runners placing in the top 12, including the top finisher in junior Ruth Steinke.
- Chris Lawson placed 15th as the St. Scholastica men managed a fifth-place overall finish at the Pre-Regional meet Saturday. St. Scholastica finished with a point total of 136 placing behind the University of Dubuque, Gustavus Adolphus College, Loras College (Iowa), and Central College (Iowa) who had three runners place in the top five overall and ended up winning the meet.
