The St. Scholastica baseball team took an early lead, but then gave up six unanswered runs and lost to host Wisconsin-Whitewater 6-3 in today's NCAA Division III tournament regional title game.
The Saints (37-7) took a 3-0 lead before the Warhawks scored two runs in the sixth inning and four runs in the seventh.
The loss ends the Saints' season. It was the second time in program history that St. Scholastica had reached the regional final.
