Ted McKnight, the former Duluth Central, Minnesota Duluth and NFL running back who was nicknamed 'Touchdown Teddy', gestures while giving his acceptance speech at the DECC Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony Wednesday in Duluth.

McKnight joined former UMD men's hockey coach Mike Sertich, former Division I athletic director Joel Maturi of Chisholm, former Cloquet and Minnesota basketball standout Deb Hunter and the late brother-sister figure skating duo of Bob and Ruby Maxson in being inducted.
