Golf: The Eveleth Golf Course will host the Pepsi Youth Tourney on Aug. 6 and the Father/Son Scramble on Aug. 8. Call the golf course at (218) 744-7558 for more information.

The 30th Star of the North Lion's Club Youth Golf Tournament is Aug. 4-5 at Pokegama Golf Course in Grand Rapids. There are nine-hole ($20 entry fee) and 18-hole divisions ($30) for those 11-18, with the Mite Flight ($10) for those 10 and under playing nine holes, with all divisions open to boys and girls.
