Basketball: The 19th Northwestern 3 on 3 basketball tournament will be held April 6-7 at Northwestern High School in Maple. On Saturday there will be separate boys and girls categories for players in grades 3-4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. On Sunday, divisions include those for boys and girls in grades 9, 10, and 11-12, as well as Men's A, Men's B and Men's 30 and over. A dunk contest will be held on Sunday afternoon. Little League: Signup day for Duluth Central Little League is Thursday from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Duluth Heights community club and the old Woodland Junior High.
