The bottom third of Waterloo's lineup had half the Bucks' hits in a 9-4 Northwoods League baseball victory over the Duluth Huskies before 1,303 fans at Wade Stadium on Saturday night.
Freddy Villalobos and Thomas Lindauer each had three hits and Jason Hockemeyer added a pair as the Bucks (19-12) took a 7-0 lead by the fifth inning.
Starting pitcher Derek Lamacchia struck out eight and allowed four hits in seven innings before giving way to two relievers the rest of the way.
For the second night in a row, the Huskies' starter failed to get out of the fourth inning as A.J. McElderry was replaced after allowing five runs on eight hits.
James Ramsay had two of Duluth's eight hits, including his second home run of the season.
