Sands to fight Aburia in St. Paul
Duluth boxer Al "Haitian Temptation" Sands and newcomer Mahmoud Aburia will box on an 11-bout card on Saturday at the Crown Plaza Hotel Ballroom in St. Paul.
Sands (4-1, 1 KO), a cruiserweight, is coming off a first-round knockout of Kia Daniels on June 23 at Black Bear Casino Resort in Carlton.
Aburia, of Crystal Lake, Minn., is making his professional debut after going 2-0 as a mixed martial artist.
