Superior swept the 38th annual Women's All-Star Bowling Challenge on Sunday at Landmark Lanes in Superior.

The Superior All-Stars, led by Lynn Lach's high series of 616, defeated Duluth 2,938 to 2,673. The Superior Seniors, paced by Dawn Nelson's 601, beat their Duluth counterparts 2,743 to 2,528.

Duluth's high bowlers were Vicky Shold with a 571 in the all-star event and Wendi Mattinen with a 556 in the seniors event.

Superior leads 20-18 in the all-star event's history, while the seniors are tied with four victories apiece.
