North Dakota State product Bennett Hostetler had four hits and three RBIs as Waterloo downed Duluth 10-3, capping a two-game Northwoods League sweep Wednesday of the reeling Huskies before 421 at Wade Stadium.

Jake Gitter, Mike Nyisztor, Patrick Ferguson and Greg Anderberg added two hits apiece for the Bucks (9-8), who pounded out 15 hits to win their third straight.

Danny Zimmerman had three hits and Ramon Enriquez added a sole home run for Duluth (7-10), which has dropped five straight.

The same teams rematch at 6:35 p.m. today.

  • Hostetler and Cole Brooks scored three runs apiece as Waterloo rolled to a 13-4 victory over Duluth in Wednesday’s opener.

James Free had three hits and Nic Kent added two for the Huskies.
