College baseball: UWS gives up 22 runs at U.S. Bank Stadium
Wisconsin-Superior gave up 11 runs in two games today against Augsburg at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, though the second game didn't finish.
The Yellowjackets lost their opener at the home of the NFL's Minnesota Vikings to Augsburg 11-8 and were down 11-0 in the second game when it was halted in the fifth inning. The second game will be resumed at a later date.
Cory Albertson and Nick McNosky each had three hits for UWS in the opener, with McNosky driving in three runs via a home run in the bottom of the sixth inning.
The Yellowjackets gave up five runs in the first inning of Game 2 and were getting outhit 16-3 when the game was halted.
