Taylor Nichols added 14 points and eight rebounds for Hanson, while Jacob Paradeis chipped in with 10 points and eight rebounds. The Beavers shot 25-of-47 from the field and 9-of-11 from the free-throw line, while grabbing 32 rebounds.
The Jaguars were led by Eli Van Roekel with 13 points, while Austin Tilton added 11 points.
Hanson (15-4) plays Scotland Monday in Scotland, while CS (11-8) plays Parkston Monday in Parkston.

WAGNER - Derek Soukup scored a game-high 20 points for the Wagner boys’ basketball team in a 57-54 victory over Platte-Geddes Thursday.
Trajan Holiday added 18 points, Noah St. Pierre had nine assists and Soukup brought down eight rebounds for Wagner, which was 22-of-47 from the field and 6-6 from the line.
Carter Dykstra scored a team-best 18 points and Coby Johnson added 15 points for the Black Panthers, who were 20-of-43 from the field and 12-of-17 from the line.
Wagner (9-10) hosts Marty Indian Monday, while Platte-Geddes (13-6) hosts Gregory Thursday.

The WiLdKats were led by Eathen Gaulke with 31 points, while Riley Talbott finished with 11 points and 12 rebounds for a double-double. KWL shot 18-of-46 from the field and 14-of-29 from the free-throw line.
The Eagles were led by Zach Cournoyer with 17 points, while Brian Bruguier added 16 points and Joe Evans finished with 12 points and 11 rebounds for a double-double.
The WiLdKats (5-14) and Eagles (6-10) each start district play March 3.

WAGNER - Ali Kuca scored a game-high 25 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for a double-double to lead the Wagner girls’ basketball team to a 70-58 win over Platte-Geddes Thursday in Wagner.
Emily Brunsing added 22 points and seven rebounds for the Red Raiders (11-9), while Gina Soukup chipped in with 15. Wagner shot 26-of-51 from the field and 15-of-22 from the free-throw line, while outrebounding PG 30-26.
The Black Panthers (7-13) were led by Josie DeGroot with 20 points and 10 rebounds for a double-double. Brianna Erickson added 13 points, while Heidi Ringling and Alexis Peterson added 11 and 10 points, respectively. PG shot 24-of-57 from the field and 5-of-10 from the free-throw line.

The Cougars (11-9) were led by Allison Sebern with 16 points, while Sierra Votaw chipped in with eight rebounds. BSC shot 29 percent from the field and 80 percent from the free-throw line, while outrebounding the Gorillas 41-30.
Gregory (2-17) was led by Briana Leber with 12 points. The Gorillas shot 38 percent from the field and 40 percent from the free-throw line.
The Gorillas start district play Monday at a site to be determined, while BSC will have a bye in the first round of districts.

Kylee Kessler had 15 points and 11 rebounds for a double-double, while Abby and Christina Herrboldt each added 13 points in the win. Menno was 22-of-53 from the field, 9-of-17 from the line and had 31 rebounds.
Beulah Black Cloud had eight points and Shaylin Stotz added eight rebounds for the Eagles.

Bultsma also had nine rebounds and four steals, while Becca Glanzer scored nine points. The Titans were 17-of-51 from the field and 7-of-10 from the free-throw line.
Parkston was led by Sam Herrold, who scored nine points and grabbed seven rebounds. Sadie Schoenfelder chipped in with seven points and five steals, while Halli Heisinger had five points. The Trojans were 10-of-51 from the field and 7-of-12 from the free-throw line.
Parkston ends its regular season 7-13, while MVP finishes the regular season 14-5.

SCOTLAND - Carley Skorepa scored 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds to help the Scotland girls’ basketball team defeat Tripp-Delmont/Armour 54-26 Thursday.
Jessica Thum chipped in with 10 points, two rebounds and one assist, while Hannah Mogck had nine point and nine rebounds. The Highlanders were 19-of-60 from the field and 5-of-19 from the free-throw line.
TDA was led by Becca Brown, tallied 14 points and 10 rebounds for the double-double. Erica Koster chipped in with six points and eight rebounds for the Nighthawks, who were 9-of-50 from the field.
Scotland ends its regular season 7-13. TDA finishes its regular season 5-15 and plays Platte-Geddes in the first round of the District 11B tournament Monday in Platte.
