Down 2-1, seventh-ranked Minnesota Duluth rallied to beat Wayne State 25-18, 24-26, 21-25, 25-14, 15-11 in NSIC action Friday night at Wayne, Neb.

Kate Berg totaled 26 kills, Emily Balts recorded 61 set assists and Keena Seiffert had 28 digs for the Bulldogs (16-2 overall, 3-1 NSIC).

Hannah Meyer added 14 kills and UMD teammate Summer Ballard added 12.

Tarrin Beller and Katie Stephens each had 12 kills for the Wildcats (16-3, 7-3).

  • Augsburg College swept St. Scholastica 3-0 in a nonconference match at Reif Gym.

Kayla Gjerde had a match-high 13 kills in the Auggies’ 25-23, 25-22, 25-18 victory.

Morgan Lohmiller, Brooke Schermann and Jessica Remer had kills apiece to lead the Saints (14-5).
