The Northwoods League announced its Rawlings "Big Stick" winners Monday, and league MVP Augie Isaacson of the Duluth Huskies was tabbed at second base.

The award is given to the player at each position with the highest regular-season batting average, and Isaacson led all hitters with a .364 average in 2018 as the Huskies produced the finest season in club history. Of his 90 hits, 15 went for extra bases - nine doubles, five triples and a homer - to go with 28 RBIs and a league-best 39 steals.
