Road closures abound Saturday morning for the 23rd annual NorthShore Inline Marathon.

Among the closures, Scenic Highway 61 will shut down from the Expressway to Two Harbors starting at 5:30 a.m. London Road will close between 60th Avenue East to 26th Avenue East from 6:15 a.m. until the end of the race at approximately 2 p.m.

Northbound Interstate 35 will be closed from Mesaba Avenue to 26th Avenue East while the southbound lanes between 26th Avenue East and Lake Avenue will close at 6:15 a.m.

Sections of Fifth Avenue West will be closed to vehicular traffic, and Harbor Drive behind the DECC, where the finish line is this year, also will be inaccessible for traffic.

The inline half-marathon begins at 6:45 a.m., followed by the half-marathon run at 7, the Tunnel 10K at 8, the roller-ski marathon at 8:30 and the inline marathon at 8:45.
