Desirae Hansey, 29, was allegedly seen maneuvering her car before striking and injuring three people and fleeing the scene early Saturday.
A suspect was arrested shortly after the incident, which occurred on the 500 block of East Fourth Street in Duluth.
The Duluth Police Department responded to Lilliput Park, 315 E. Fifth St., shortly before noon Thursday, finding a 45-year-old man "heavily bleeding" from an apparent stab wound to his upper-left back.
