Shayna Peterson and Kellen Preiner, both of Duluth, plan to be married July 11 in Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Duluth.
Her parents are Dennis and Nancy Peterson of Duluth. His parents are Jeffrey and Kimberly Preiner of Duluth.
The future bride, a 2006 graduate of Duluth Central High School, is pursuing her bachelor's degree in early childhood education at the University of Minnesota Duluth. She is a server at the Kitchi Gammi Club in Duluth.
The future groom, a 2006 graduate of Duluth Central High School, is pursuing his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Minnesota Duluth. He is an engineer intern at Lake Superior Consulting in Duluth.
