Paula Quam joined InForum as its managing digital editor in 2019. She grew up in Glyndon, Minnesota, just outside of Fargo.

Quam started her career in journalism in the Air Force, where she was a TV and radio broadcaster overseas for four years before moving "back home" to Minnesota. There, she worked for six years as a TV reporter and news anchor before joining Forum Communications in 2011. She worked as a reporter and editor of the Detroit Lakes Newspapers, Perham Focus and Wadena Pioneer Press.

Quam has her bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead and lives in Detroit Lakes with her husband, four children and two dogs.
