I read the letter from the guy who seemed to think U.S. Rep. Jim Oberstar should not debate Republican challenger Chip Cravaack because Cravaack doesn't know facts ("Cravaack appears to be allergic to the truth," July 22). However, the letter writer never put one lie or fact in the letter. Did the guy have an example? Or can anyone just write a letter to the editor accusing Oberstar or anyone of the same thing?

Oh, by the way, News Tribune Editorial Page Editor Chuck Frederick and Publisher Ken Browall are liars and don't know the facts, either. I guess the newspaper should print this letter, too, because it makes just as much sense as publishing the one to which I am referring.
