Reader's View: What happened with Ellison allegations?

Denfeld’s 1947 boys basketball team is the only Denfeld basketball team to win a state title. The team’s head coach was Lloyd Holm. Team members were Rudy Monson, Larry Tessier, Paul Nace, Kenneth Sunnarborg, Eugene Norlander, Howard Tucker, Tony Skull, Jerry Walczak, Bruce Budge, Keith Stolen and student manager Bob Scott.

There was never a better example of the double standard of the Democrats and the press than what we all were forced to witness regarding Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanagh. Allegations from a 35-or-so-years-ago drunken teen party made headlines and dominated all media, as though the claims were proven factual and worthy of serious inquiries.

Meanwhile, we have more-credible and much-more-recent allegations against a standing elected official running for attorney general of our state that are being ignored by the media and not even condemned by members of the candidate's own party. When word got out the victim had video, the press and party members demanded to see it, basically saying "no proof, didn't happen." The son of the abused woman started it all by posting his account on social media after seeing the video. Not enough proof, says the left!

DFL attorney general candidate Keith Ellison is skating through the park while the liberal media ignores his accusers while hanging Kavanaugh for accusations that could never be prosecuted in a court of law.

If the press truly was not biased, it'd investigate the Ellison accusation. When is the last time anyone has even heard a word about this? The press seemed to bury it, and that's it.

I challenge anyone in the media to get to the bottom of this, but I know that falls on deaf ears, as it doesn't fit the agenda.
