I'm really getting sick and tired that people from the media -- whether television newscasters or newspaper folks -- think Lincoln Park/West End is part of West Duluth. This is a slap in the face. It's like saying the West End is the same as Lakeside.

There is a boundary line in every corner of the city. This city is divided into many sections. I'm nearly 60. I grew up in the West End and have lived in West Duluth for many years. The ore docks are the difference, the boundary between West End and West Duluth. You have Third Street until you get to the ore docks and then it turns into Grand Avenue at Carlton Avenue. Please get facts straight!
