This is a message to elected Republicans.
On Nov. 4, we did not vote to end gridlock in Washington. We did not vote for Republicans to work with President Barack Obama. We did not vote for you to reach across the aisle to work with Democrats. As a nation, we have been on a destructive path that’s leading to our ultimate demise. If you liken our country to a ship at sea, we are taking on water and we are rapidly sinking. We elected you to first stop the leaks to save our ship. But we also elected you to bail out the water and restore the damage so our ship can proudly sail on into the future.
We did not elect you to compromise but to stand firm on our principles. The first principle is the sanctity of human life, because without that nothing else matters. We need to restore marriage to God’s definition of one man and one woman. We need to uphold our Constitution as written. We must downsize the role of government at all levels and secure our borders so we remain a sovereign nation. Get rid of the intrusive IRS and Obamacare. Replace the IRS with a national sales tax. Use our own energy resources to make us independent from foreign countries that do not have America’s interest at heart.
These are the issues the recent election was all about. Do not fear the news media and what it may say about you. Your allegiance is to this country and our U.S. Constitution.
