"The truth will make us free." This is what the Bible says, but our Democrat friends seem to prefer to enslave us to their party rule by denying the truth. They want us to vote "no" on the voter photo identification amendment. They say there's little provable fraud in our elections and that showing IDs at polling places would inconvenience voters who don't have photo identification and reduce voter turnout.
As for inconveniencing fragile people, my wife's 90-year-old aunt hasn't driven for years, but she has a photo ID for writing checks at the grocery store and for voting. People who can't be bothered to obtain a free photo ID from the state sure can't value their vote very highly.
As for no voter fraud in our elections: This is a lie. If voter turnout is reduced by photo-identification requirements, that's what it's supposed to do: Stop illegal, fraudulent votes.
People have to be deaf, dumb and blind to have never heard of President Obama's ACORN army of fake voter-registration troops spread across the entire nation or the Black Panthers who policed polling places armed with batons.
Right here in Minnesota in the 2008 election, U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman had a slight lead over Al Franken until a recount was demanded. It dragged on for more than a month, and almost all missing votes were in Franken's favor, which is statistically unlikely.

At present, four Democratic officials in Indiana are charged with felonies for forging signatures on petitions to place President Obama and Hilary Clinton on the 2008 primary ballot. This is clean politics? I could list more cases of dirty doings if space permitted.
We should demand photo identification for all ballots, including absentee ballots. Eliminate motor voter registrations and mail-in votes, and make voting fraud a serious felony.
