I’m a disabled veteran, and, back in 2014, I contacted Rep. Nolan’s Duluth office with a problem I had with the Minneapolis VA. It was pretty sloppy handling, as Rep. Nolan’s office didn’t even write a letter. To make it short, nothing was accomplished with Rep. Nolan’s “help.”
However, at that exact time, the Phoenix VA debacle came to national attention, and the Minneapolis VA reversed its previous position, resolving the issue I had.
