Duluth voters should send City Council candidate Rich Updegrove down the road. Duluth and Northeastern Minnesota cannot be well-served by a councilor who would be hellbent on creating divisions between residents of the region. It's time to work together - not apart, as I suspect Updegrove would choose to do.
