I commend the folks who feed, clothe and give shelter to the needy, not only during the Christmas season but throughout the year.
The Salvation Army, West End VFW Christmas dinner, churches, and other groups and individuals who help the less fortunate through donations from the community should know their efforts do not go unnoticed.
Through all the hustle and bustle of shopping and parties, let's remember why we have this season. Jesus said, "What you do onto one of the least of these, ye have done unto me."
