The Cloquet School Board wants more money, so it's time for no new taxes. The state of Minnesota is holding back on money to the schools, to the counties and to the cities of Minnesota. What's next is the city and then the county will raise taxes because they're short on money, too.
I can't afford to pay more taxes. What about our parents, grandparents, retirees and people living on limited incomes? This is not a time to raise taxes. We are all hurting. Sorry.
