On Jan. 22, we marked the 40th anniversary since our nation's highest court upheld the right to destroy an unborn child. We have lost more than 54 million babies to abortion so far. This is an American holocaust and is destroying the future of our country. We must do all in our power to reverse the Supreme Court's erroneous decision because it completely ignored the right to life guaranteed in our Constitution.
Also, the Supreme Court has said the death penalty is cruel and unusual punishment for rapists and that rapists don't deserve the death penalty. I don't think the innocent child deserves the death penalty for the crimes of her father. It seems to me that is cruel and unusual punishment.
