In just seven years two cats and their offspring can produce 420,000 kittens! Spaying or neutering cats means less euthanasia for perfectly healthy pets and sad stories like the homeless cats living at the Olive Garden ("Olive Garden's feral kittens await adoption at Animal Allies," Nov. 22).
The newly opened Northland Spay and Neuter Clinic recognizes the need for affordable sterilization services as part of a solution to northern Minnesota's homeless cat population.
