I am supporting Mark Rubin for St. Louis County attorney. I have worked with Rubin over the past 20 years, volunteering on many service projects in our region. Rubin has volunteered his own time, over and above his full-time job as our well-respected county prosecutor, to be engaged as an active and effective community leader.
Here are two examples that mean a lot to me: Rubin stepped forward to collaborate with the women of Duluth's Junior League with the planning and building of the first Playfront Park. And he developed the partnership between area law enforcement, medical and civic organizations that led to the organization and implementation of the First Witness Child Abuse Center.
I know Rubin to be an inclusive leader. His focus always has been on how we can work together to make our community safer and stronger. Please join me Nov. 2 in supporting Mark Rubin for St. Louis County attorney.
