Friends and relatives recently reported that jobs from our area and from the East Coast are being outsourced to India. Local employees are responsible for training folks in India and then, at the end of the training, they will lose their jobs.
In view of the shortage of jobs in our own economy, this is remarkable! Of course, we are part of a global economy; however, this is a total lack of common sense and even patriotism. In view of the economic challenges and national debt we face, it's time we begin a reverse flow of outsourcing such as Germany has begun or at least slow down this insane process.
