If U.S. Rep. Rick Nolan knows that a corrupt system elected him, his conscience should dispose him to resign; otherwise, he should read and heed the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which forbids impairment of free speech by progressive lawmakers instead of rules for radicals (“Nolan, groups push for election reform,” June 9).
