Seems like the Russian collusion story has dumbed down half the country. Every time I pick up a newspaper or listen to the news the sky is falling. Fake news hollers "wolf!" every day.
Democrats are so emotionally involved in the hoax they already are trying to shoehorn Russia into the 2018 midterms. Russia had extraordinary luck in the 2016 election. It is a certainty they will be back for the 2018 midterms. Russian President Vladimir Putin still has half of our country chasing its tails.
It's pretty much agreed that, in the 2016 election, the Russians backed President Donald Trump, most likely because he was considered the underdog. Russians know if the underdog pulls off an upset it creates chaos and turmoil here Democrats walked right into that one. Russians made it look easy. If Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton had been the underdog, Putin would have backed her. Had Clinton won the 2016 election, we would not be hearing anything about Russia.
I always thought the Mueller investigation was never about Russia. It is a Trump investigation designed to frame the president for whatever works and nullify the 2016 election. Mueller has his tentacles all over the Trump campaign while ignoring and exonerating the Clinton camp. What's going on here? Mueller has supplanted the Russian investigation with his own brand of vigilante justice to settle a score with Trump and his staff for winning the 2016 election.
Mueller's special counsel seems determined to overturn the 2016 election, even if it means using extra constitutional maneuvers. That's called a coup.
