With the hue and cry as of late to restrict and/or abolish our Second Amendment rights, may I suggest the following?

Should a person abuse said Second Amendment right by harming another with a firearm, that person, should he or she survive and not die by their own hand or by the police or by another armed citizen, automatically should forfeit all other rights. No lawyer. No trial. No never-ending and costly appeals. No dismissal on technicalities. And no due process.

Why should the many millions of law-abiding citizens of the U.S. be made to suffer due to the illegal actions of a miniscule few who then are afforded all the rest of their rights when they treat the Second so cavalierly?
