I am a disabled homeowner and cannot afford the increase of taxes for the red plan. My tenant is disabled, and he cannot afford higher rent; he's on subsidized housing. I have friends from prior jobs who have low wages, and they cannot afford higher taxes, either.

I think it's highly unfair that homeowners have to pay for the education of other people's children. Why not tax the parents of these children? The income from construction is not going to benefit me; it's only going to make a hardship on the elderly and low-income people.
