Thinking about life a lot lately, the blessing of being alive, able to feel joy and sorrow - sometimes simultaneously. Being human can be stressful. It can make you soar with the eagles. Just breathing is a miracle in itself.
I sat at a cemetery on a recent evening, wondering about the lives and the deaths of those buried there. It was a sense of peace. Reflection. My faith in God tells me there's more to come after we pass on: beauty unfathomable.
I know the ones we loved and lost are still with us, in our daily choices, and our spirits. I come away with nothing but gratitude.
