In response to the May 27 letter, "Questions for Cheney," which was about the issue of waterboarding, I think a survey should be taken of people who lost loved ones on Sept. 11 to see if they would have approved of waterboarding if it would have prevented the disaster.
I think the results would shed a lot of insight on the topic.
